Hi Ishor
Thanks for getting in touch. We’re having trouble replicating the issue. If you can open the SiteOrigin Layout Block, please, export the layout from LayoutsImport/ExportDownload Layout. Please, upload the JSON file to WeTranfer.com or any online location like Drive and share the link. Thanks again.
Hello, support
Please see the layout JSON in google drive below.

Thanks!
Thanks for the file; much appreciated. Alex here at SiteOrigin will take a look as soon as possible and let you know if he can recreate the issue. A short-term solution might be to switch back to the Classic Widget area using https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/.
Apologies for the hassle.
Hi Ishor
Is there any change to the issue after updating to the latest version of the Widgets Bundle (1.46.1)?
Hello, support,
We are able to update the changes by switching back to the Classic Widget. Thanks a lot.
And it didn’t get fixed with the latest update(1.46.1) as well. It is showing the same error.

Thanks for the feedback; appreciate it.
I’m unable to replicate the issue on our staging site at the moment. Please, find a screenshot below:

We can pause here if you’re happy to use the Classic Widgets plugin. Alternatively, if you’d like to continue troubleshooting, you could perhaps try checking for a working baseline. Does the issue persist with a default theme like Twenty Nineteen activated and all plugins deactivated except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle?
Hello, support,
We have cloned the site to the dev environment but we didn’t face that issue on this server as well. Our live site is hosted on Godaddy. Is there anything we can do the fixing to this server? As we have asked Godaddy support but they will not handle this type of issue.
Thanks!
Hi, thanks for the update.
We haven’t been able to replicate the issue with your layout on multiple server setups; this makes it quite challenging to troubleshoot.
Is it possible to create a testing instance of the site on GoDaddy? It would be great to know if the issue persists with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated and a default theme activated.
Hello, support,
Can you please provide your email address so that we can create an account for you on the site?
Thanks!
Hi Ishor

Thanks

Hello, support
We have created an account as per the provided email and sent a password reset link as well. Please see the site instance URL below.
https://glowsaunastudios.com/testglowsauna/wp-admin/
If you didn’t get the password reset link then you can do the password reset from the above URL as well.

Please visit the widgets(Appearance>widgets) page to view the issue.
Thanks!
Hi Ishor,
Thanks. I’ve logged in without issue and I’ve had a look at your widgets page. There appears to be a number of this type of error affecting standard WordPress blocks:
I see you have a large number of plugins, and some outdated plugins. Try updating all of our plugins to see if that helps. If it doesn’t, does this issue (or the initial issue) occur if you temporarily disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins? If so, what about when you disable all SiteOrigin plugins?
Kind regards,
Alex
Hello, support,
We have updated all the plugins except Visual Composer but it still shows an error.
And we have deactivated all the non-SiteOrigin plugins and dit the test but it still shows an error.

We have kept the plugin deactivated on that test site. You can check this as well.

Please suggest.
Thanks!
Hi Ishor,
Thanks. Unfortunately, if this issue persists while our plugins are disabled and other plugins are disabled that points to this issue either being caused by VC or a general WordPress issue. I recommend temporarily disabling VC to see if that helps and if it doesn’t, I recommend reaching out to WordPress directly.
Kind regards,
Alex
Hello, support,
We have tried deactivating the VC as well but didn’t work. We will try reaching out to WordPress.
Thanks!
Thanks, Ishor. Hopefully, you’ll be able to make progress with this soon.
