Default email reply on contact form?

Hi,

I have used the contact form a few times now and it’s great… simple to use, looks good, functions perfectly.

What I was wondering… is there a way to get the form to send a default email to the “form filler outerer” (technical term) saying something like, “Your email is important to us, we’ll get back to you shortly”? I have done something like this a couple of times in Contact Form 7, but I don’t like the new version as it doesn’t let me use reCAPTCHA 2.

Just curious as I would ultimately like to migrate all my contact forms over to this one, but if I can’t do the auto reply email, it may not be possible on a couple of the sites that require them.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Glad to hear you’re enjoying the Contact Form widget. There is an auto-responder included in the Contact Form addon in SiteOrigin Premium. Here is the documentation page explaining what’s in the Contact Form addon in the premium plugin: Page: Contact Form. Namely a datetime picker field, a location field, and an autoresponder.
