Customize feature not working when transferred domain server

I am without the use of the themes customizer using Vantage Premium theme. We transferred a duplicate site from dc-h2o.com to the new test site us-h2o.com. The customize feature is not working and lands on a blank page. Thus far I have disabled all non-site origin plugins to test but no luck with that. I saw other people have been successful with that method. Does anyone know what else I can try?

    If you’re still battling, please, try testing the Customizer with the Twenty Fifteen theme activated and no plugins activated at all. That’ll let you know if this is a core issue.

    Thank you for your response.  I had to switch themes to have an active theme for the client.  That was days ago.  The client still has not commented but I use a test site until all is ready and have not transferred her domain over yet.  So I could switch back.

    Thanks for the update. The issue would need to be active for you and us to work through it.

    If you still have to move the site, can I recommend using Duplicator: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
