Hi,
Am having the exact issue as this guy:
This is happening on an existing page that has been published with no issues. Now, a few months later trying to make small changes and Im getting the errors.
I islated the issue as follows:
– I re-built a new page row by row, copying the rows from the existing page and saving until I isolated the problem.
– The issue occurs as soon as you have more than 1 x SO Layout slider widget on the page.
The original page was published with 4 x SO Layout sliders, so it used to be possible to have multi on one page – no this functionality is broken.
The original page with 4 x SO Layout sliders still works fine on the front-end – I just cant save my edits or preview that page anymore (unless I remove any additional layout sliders).
Any Ideas on a fix?
UPDATE: I tested and you can add a second SO LAyout SLider widget to the page, and add frames to the widget, but as soon as you add content inside the frames the error occurs.
Hi Niki
Solutions might involve increasing your servers PHP memory or timeout limit. There isn’t a restriction on Layout Sliders from our end. Here is a page that I’ve temporarily published with five Layout Sliders: https://demo.siteorigin.com/corp/sandbox/. The page is editable. You could perhaps try splitting your page into two and inserting half the page into the final page using https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-pages/ as the poster did in your linked thread. That might be the quickest way through this. We’re happy to help with troubleshooting but it’ll likely take time and be a semi-technical process.
Hi Andrew,
Already tried all the steps in the original poster’s thread, ie:
– increased PHP tp 512M
– When I tried the the method with insert pages, the inserted page didn’t register the SO widgets inside the SO Slider used on that inserted page – it just displayed the html (ie I could see the ‘p’ tags and the SO button was just a string of HTML).
– I tried deactivate all other plugins except SO Page builder and SO widgets, problem persists.
– I also uploaded the layout to a completely different site, same issue with that page on there.
Could it be page specific?
Here’s a link to the layout I am having issues with, on WeTransfer – https://we.tl/t-yMmYiPz4Km
With thanks,
Niki

Hi Niki
Thanks for the detailed feedback.
You’re welcome to post here but we’d normally assist active premium license holders via email at [email protected].
Thanks for the layout; it works normally for me at the above linked Corp Sandbox page. You could perhaps send us the link or the theme or plugin that adds EchelonSOEsoVideo for further testing.
If you haven’t already you could enable PHP debugging and logging, recreate the issue and then check your log file; further info on that process is here Page: Debugging in WordPress.
When the issue occurs you could also try checking the console for errors in red text, here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.
