Can’t install premium

    Hi Joel,

    To clarify, do you have a premium theme or SiteOrigin Premium? If you bought premium within the last year, it’ll be the latter.

    If you have a premium theme, please fill out this form and you’ll be emailed installation instructions.

    If you have SiteOrigin Premium, please log into the Page: Dashboard and click siteorigin-premium.1.0.6.zip (or the version listed). Please open your website and then install and activate SiteOrigin Premium. Please navigate to WP AdminSiteOriginPremium Addons to activate your desired plugin addons or theme addons.

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
