I paid for premium and have sent 2 emails with no reply. I have not gotten a key, no confirmation email, nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

Please help me figure out how to change this middle part. I am not good at this stuff at all, one of those horrid people that has no idea what they are doing and just messes around with stuff until it works or it doesn’t. I am stuck on this middle section where I want…
