    We have an open case where all of our emails are being bounced, no matter the address we send them from. There isn’t a name provided in the emails or anything else we can use to make contact. If you think this might be you, please, can you let us know an alternative contact email? The only information we have from these two emails are the address which is Private Snippet.

    Please, also let us know your purchasing email address so we can locate your order. Private Snippet hasn’t been used for any orders so we’re assuming another email address was used for the order.

    That’s really strange, not sure if that’s mine or not, my email is working fine, just sent a test email and it arrived correctly. The email used to email you and to pay for premium is Private Snippet.

    Oh, let me just correct that. I read this post from my email and it said the emails you had were going to “private snippet” haha. I didn’t realize that was just to cover the email, now that I read your comment here I see that you had two emails. Rentals was the original name but I had to change it, that’s even stranger because it says recreation when I log into it and I am receiving emails to [email protected], but I just realized my test email to myself does say rental on it. So sorry for that confusion, that let’s me know I need to fix the email at least and I do have your email with the key sent to recreation. Thank you so much.
