Import of Highline SitePack Stalls

I have attempted to import the Highline SitePack a few times and every time it stalls at step 3. It just hangs at (3/53: Installing siteorigin-north Theme) and never progresses past that no matter how long I wait. I have installed SitePacks on other sites using different hosts without issue. What may be going on…

I have followed all instruction to install the baseline site pack with the Site Import but it is not working. It is stuck at 3/51: Installing siteorigin-north Theme. I received the email that my site was ready and followed the link to log in but nothing is imported. There are no pages and certainly not…
