I would like to keep some news segments on the sidebar. So I added the Layout Builder widget to the sidebar and added my news segments, but I am unable to use the More Tag and to display the news items in multiple pages. Does the More Tag work on sidebars?

How do I move the main menu under the custom header. I tried to follow the instruciton in this link (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-move-menu-below-header-image-in-twenty-twelve-theme) but the header.php of Vantage does not contain the entries suggested in the link.
