Adjusting 2nd level menu hoover size

The hoover color is not as wide as the sub menu area. How to adjust the hoover to match the sub menu size.

Hello, I'm having a problem with the post loop carousel slider. I tried to resize the title size with the following Custom CSS which did not do anything.
