Removing spaces between rows

Hi, sorry to start another thread on this but I can’t seem to get the solutions from search to work on my site. I’m using the page builder plugin and I want to remove the spaces in between the rows.

PageBuilder will not wrap URLs

If you have created multiple columns a long enough URL will overlap into the column right of it. To try to resolve this I am having to hyper-link an abbreviated that URL.
