Button text invisible on mobile

For some reason my button text color can’t be changed on the mobile version but it is displaying correctly on a computer! I have tried everything and am baffled.

The page builder tab is missing from some of my current pages. When I create a new page it is there but is missing on some existing pages. Advice please.
