    Hi Lucky,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at those two pictured pages? We can’t seem to replicate this issue locally so I want to see if there’s anything about your setup that might help us replicate this. If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi Lucky,

Thanks for that. To clarify, does this issue occur for you when only SiteOrigin Page Builder and WPML is active?

    Hi Lucky,

To clarify, I’m trying to work out if this issue also relates to another plugin as we’re unable to replicate this issue with WPML and SiteOrigin Page Builder.

By disabling all plugins but WPML and SiteOrigin Page Builder we’ll know for sure if a third plugin is involved. Please try temporarily disabling all other plugins.

    Hi Alex

I’ve deactive all plugin in sites except ‘SiteOrigin Page Builder’ plugin and ‘WPML’ but it still happens, it seems this is a pretty serious bug

    Hi Lucky,

    Thanks for trying.

Did you make any setting adjustments to WPML or SiteOrigin page Builder? If so, could you please give me an idea of the settings you’ve changed? To clarify, we’re still unable to replicate this issue so we’re looking for anything that will give us an idea of how to replicate it.

    Hi,

It’s a serious bug of plugin Site Origin, does not related any setting or conflict plugins. There is an error in body_class() function WordPress if use WPML. It just works for only one language. Please check this issue urgent. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Regards,

    Hien Phan.

      Hi Hien,

Anything you can do to help us in replicating it would be seriously appreciated as we truly do want to fix this. Regrettably, as we’re unable to replicate it we can’t fix it. :(

    Hi Lucky Boy

Thanks for the login details. The FR translation was in the trash, I’ve restored it and now the body classes look to be the same, both page’s. Can you check and confirm for me?
