If I have an existing Woocommerce website and I want to purchase and integrate SiteOrigin Page Builder can I edit the existing products through the page builder?

Thanks for your interest.
You can use the WooCommerce Template Builder to create single product templates and then apply a template to all products or to individual products. Here is a short screencast showing the product template in use Page: WooCommerce Template Builder for WordPress | SiteOrigin Premium.
