    Hi Taha

Is the widget accessible from Appearance > Widgets? If so it should be accessible from Page Builder. After clicking the + button to insert a widget, have you tried using the search form to find the widget you want to insert?

Yes i tried that. Therefore, i try that with other plugins that i upload for the purpose of Vertical scrolling some text they are visible at Appearance > Widgets. However, I couldn’t able to access them on pagebuilder.

And you’ve definitely used the search form in the Add Widget popup to search for these widgets?

Yes, i definitely used that search box.

Not sure why that would be the case. Please send through to [email protected] an email with:

    A link to this thread.
    Your url.
A temporary set of login details.

    And I’ll take a look.

    Thanks

Hello – I’m having the same issue. I have loaded a widget called Continuous Announcement Scroller from (http://www.gopiplus.com/work/2010/09/04/continuous-announcement-scroller/#.VFI81_nF-So) and it shows in Appearance >Widgets but I don’t see it in Page Builder, though I see most of my other widgets. I actually tried another News scroller widget and had the same results. I also tried just dragging it to the sidebar in Appearance>Widgets and it didn’t work either. Let me know if I can add anything to help on this as well.

      Hi Mike

Some widgets are setup to only display in widget areas. A fix would unfortunately need to come from the plugin developer side. It’s not a big fix so it’s worth opening a ticket with the developer and making the request.

Sorry we don’t have more here.
