Hi guys, I need your help. I have to update an existing website (not made by me) and I’ve replicated the website on a staging environment
When it comes to the Widgets Bundle plugin, something is not working. 14 widgets are missing from the list(plugins.php?page=so-widgets-plugins), including ‘QZR Header’, the one I need. Have you got any idea of why is this happening? Everything is updated, WP and the plugin itself…
Could you please give me an hint? I found some threads on the argument but none of them resolves the issue.

Do you know which theme or plugin provides the QZR Header widget? Is it possible that either the theme isn’t activated? Or if the widget is provided by a plugin, is it possible the plugin isn’t installed or isn’t activated.
Put another way, try to find the theme or plugin that authors the widget in question and check to see that the theme or plugin is activated.

I just realized that this widget is a custom one ‘QZR Header widget’ QZR is the author of the custom theme so this is a custom widget
I’ll try to get in touch with the theme authors if I can. Let’s see if they can work it out.

Thanks for confirming. That’s probably an easier way to raise the issue with the developers as it takes SiteOrigin out of the equation. Let us know how it goes.
