Widgets missing in staging environment

Hi guys, I need your help. I have to update an existing website (not made by me) and I’ve replicated the website on a staging environment When it comes to the Widgets Bundle plugin, something is not working. 14 widgets are missing from the list(plugins.php?page=so-widgets-plugins), including ‘QZR Header’, the one I need.
