Widget button not working – all other plugins disabled

I am unable to edit SiteOrigin Page Builder buttons, such as the one on this page: https://nashuaalc.org/open-positions/. The site is running WordFence, but I have disabled all plugins except the page builder and widgets bundle and still get the same error. Besides this, WordFence is not installed on the staging copy of the site and the same issue exists there. cPanel is set to show PHP errors, but I don’t see any. When I try to edit a button (whether in the normal back end or Live Editor view) I briefly see the editor window pop up, but then the page cuts over to showing just the current date and time – like this:

There are multiple sites on the same host using SO Page Builder that don’t have the same issue. This site does not have any unique caching or firewall settings that would be causing such a problem. Do you have ideas about how else to troubleshoot the issue?

    Hope that helps.

unfortunately, my site is not running WordFence or any other firewall software. I don’t know what else to look at troubleshooting.

Hi Adam, that’s strange, I’m not sure we’ve seen this issue arise in the past without WordFence being involved. The error you’re describing exactly matches the WordFence issue described in the mini-tutorial linked above. Please, try recreating the issue and then check the JavaScript console, are there any errors present? If so, please, let us know what they are. Thanks :)
