Why isnt pre-built pack working

After installing the prebuilt consultant site origin pack i keep on getting this message:

“The theme directory “siteorigin-north” does not exist.”

Please Help

    Hi Alan,

    Unfortunately, that error message suggests that the theme wasn’t correctly installed. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and click Add New. Search for and install SiteOrigin North. Activate it once installed. Does the error message remain?
