I have been working for 2 weeks now on my site with my hosting company to try to find out why the Visual Editor tab on the Edit Page won’t work. I had SiteOrigin Page Builder as can be seen on nearly every page of my site, but now it appears it does not exist or work. I had the free version and my hosting co. says you should be able to re-install that version for me. I have made a backup of my site and it is not in Maintenance mode at the moment. I have the following prompt in my notifications: Click here to install recommended SiteOrigin plugins and a SiteOrigin theme to get your site going. But I was told not to do this update until I spoke to you guys. I am not aware of deleting the plugin at any time and this is the first issue I’ve had in nearly 9 years. Please can you help?

From the Plugins list, check that SiteOrigin Page Builder and Widgets Bundle are activated. Once confirmed both are activated; temporarily deactivate all other plugins. With only the Widgets Bundle and Page Builder activated, does the issue persist?
Confirmed both Page Builder for SiteOrigin and Widgets Bundle are active. How do I temporarily deactivate the other plugins, do I just click on Deactivate then go into Edit Page and see if the Visual tab works again? Should I do all at the same time and work back using process of elimination if it has no effect with all deactivated?
All at the same time. You’re checking to see if a working baseline exists before continuing further.
I have one called SiteOrigin CSS do I deactivate this one too?
I deactivated all but the Bundle and Page Builder and went into the edit page and I still cannot access the VISUAL tab.

I have to sleep now as it’s 23:34 so I can continue tomorrow evening. I’m on EEST (Eastern European Summer Time). I will reactivate all plugins again until tomorrow evening when I hope you can tell me, what to do next? Visual Editor tab still not working with all but the above x2 SiteOrigin plugins activated.
