Visual Editor tab not working

I have been working for 2 weeks now on my site with my hosting company to try to find out why the Visual Editor tab on the Edit Page won’t work. I had SiteOrigin Page Builder as can be seen on nearly every page of my site, but now it appears it does not exist…
