Video widget causes bad request

I am using the video widget on my product pages of my new website.
Checking my site at GTmetrix I saw that the widget is causing a bad request.

On this pages for example http://optipack.nl/accumulator the widget asks for http://optipack.nl/accumulator/flashmediaelement.swf which cause this error: The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

Everything works and I think it must be something small, but Google doesn’t like errors.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Marcel,

So the SiteOrgin Video Player widget in this instance is making use of the standard WordPress video player – which is powered by MediaElement.js. As per older related threads on this issue, it appears to be as a result of the minify plugin incorrectly minifying this file. Please exclude (please refer to the FAQ for instructions):

    /wp-includes/js/mediaelement/wp-mediaelement.js
