Video widget causes bad request

I am using the video widget on my product pages of my new website. Checking my site at GTmetrix I saw that the widget is causing a bad request. On this pages for example http://optipack.nl/accumulator the widget asks for http://optipack.nl/accumulator/flashmediaelement.swf which cause this error: The following requests are returning 404/410 responses.
