That page was made with SiteOrigin Page Builder.
The top most widget is an old legacy widget that we never released. If we were to build that with only our released widgets, we would use a layout builder widget and add the following:
1 column, headline widget
1 column, text Widget (video is Wistia which currently doesn’t have WordPress.org embed support so we have to use an embed code)
2 columns, two SiteOrigin button widgets.
1 column, text widget
The background would be applied directly to the layout builder widget styles. You need to have installed the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle as certain widgets I’ve referenced above are not included in the base plugin. Once installed please navigate to WP AdminPluginSiteOrigin Widgets and activate any widgets you would like to use.
