Vantage theme CSS not working on local Lan

I’m setting upa new site using teh Vantage theme. This works fine on my local machine but when I access teh site from another machine on my local LAN the CSS isn’t present so I don’t get any of the site layout, header, footer etc.

It only affect the Vantage theme (I’m using the latest) – other themes such as Mesmerize and Hueman work fine.

Any help on where to start looking to fix this?

    Have the core Vantage files or the folder name been edited in any way? If not, you could start by checking the console for errors: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/.
