Vantage theme CSS not working on local Lan

I’m setting upa new site using teh Vantage theme. This works fine on my local machine but when I access teh site from another machine on my local LAN the CSS isn’t present so I don’t get any of the site layout, header, footer etc. It only affect the Vantage theme (I’m using the latest)…
