Head to Appearance > Widgets > Footer to add widgets to that widget area.
To add a Yelp button you’d need to use a third-party plugin, something like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-facebook-twitter-share-buttons/ although I’m not sure that has one. Another one I use sometimes is: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-social-icons/, but again, not sure if that has a Yelp button.
