Hello first sorry for my english, i’m french speaking :)
I have somes problems when I update to premium
please find hereafter the process

Décompression de la mise à jour…

Installation de la dernière version…

Activation du mode maintenance…

Retrait de l’ancienne version du thème… ( Remove old Version)

Impossible de supprimer l’ancien thème. (impossible to remove old version)

La mise à jour du thème a échoué. (Updating the theme failed.)

Can someone help me?

If you’re finding automatic upgrade (Appearance > Premium Upgrade: Already Paid? top right) is failing we recommend installing manually. Our manual installation instructions can be found here: https://siteorigin.com/basics/updating-theme-from-zip/. You can find a download link for the premium ZIP file in your original order confirmation email from SiteOrigin. If you need to recall that email you can do so from here: https://siteorigin.com/orders/.
