The Vantage menu colors can be adjusted from Appearance > Theme Design > Menu:

Unfortunately, we don’t have a settings-based method to adjust individual menu items. You can perhaps give the Visual Editor in SiteOrigin CSS a try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/. If you have an active SiteOrigin Premium license, please, send an email to [email protected]. We’re able to assist with Custom CSS changes within our premium support scope where we have the budget to do so.
