Vantage Child Theme – Slider does not appear

I have created a child theme for Vantage Premium using code I copied from the forum here.
However, the slider does not appear.

I have tried using ftp to upload the vantage parent theme again.

Help please!!!

    The issue is resolved. I did look on the forum to see if I could update to this effect, but was unable to do so.
