Vantage Child Theme – Slider does not appear

I have created a child theme for Vantage Premium using code I copied from the forum here. However, the slider does not appear. I have tried using ftp to upload the vantage parent theme again. Help please!!! Mike URL: http://www.gr8wpsites.com
