Vantage, cannot show/change site logo

A lot of pictures vanished after I was using Envira gallery and Next gen gallery (I do not know which did this). Than I had a few pictures in media library that library could not find, neither I was able to locate those files on server nor in by backup. But those pictures were shown on webpage?!? (yes, I searched them in their URL path)
After I deleted non existent (no picture but name and other info was existant) picture of my logo from media library I was not able to change site logo. I disabled all plugins but siteorigins and nothing.
What I need to do to change site logo?
