Unwind template sections

Good day.

I am using the Unwind template for my business site. How do I delete sections like “Recent Posts, “Archives” and “Recent Pages”?? I would like a clean page(s) so I can personally customize/edit it.

    Hi, you can remove the widgets from AppearanceWidgetsSidebar or set a specific page not to use the sidebar.
