Unable to edit button links

I am first going to add this caveat – I am not a WordPress expert!

I am trying to edit the buttons for our website as the URL has changed, however I am unable to edit it.

Here is what I have tried:
-Editing with the “live Editor”
-Editing using the “edit page”
-Editing using the “Customize”

For all of the above, when I click the edit button beside the “SiteOrigin Button”, it takes me to a blank page that simply has: Fri, 09 Aug 2024 20:25:14 GMT (or whatever date it is when I am trying)

BUT, when I edit a text field, I have no issue.

Any help??
