Trouble with Visual Editor Widget

I have recently installed the Site Origin page builder plugin, version 2.1.4. I also installed the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, version 2.2.5 to use as my visual editor on my pages.

When I add the visual editor widget to my page, it does not allow for any visual editing (bold, bullets, etc). When I select DONE after editing, none of the edits show up.

I don’t believe it is an issue with the widget plugin, as I am able to use it in the sidebar of others pages on my site (not using the page builder).

You will notice when you view http://talentmanagementinstitute.com/leadership-courses/ – the first gray space is the one that is the VISUAL EDITOR widget, the second is simply a TEXT widget.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    If the Visual Editor widget isn’t functioning as expected in Page Builder, try the following:

    1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all plugins except for Page Builder and Black Studio TinyMCE.
    3. If the problem resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation, re-check the Visual Editor
