Translate Vantage Theme texts

Hello, I´ve recently installed the Theme Vantage and I want to translate the text that appears when you use the search button and founds nothing:
“Nothing Found
Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.”
I can´t find the file to change this into Spanish, Could you help me?

    Hi Rebeca

    Thanks for reaching out. Sorry we don’t yet have translations ready to go yet. It’s on the list for 2015. Translating the theme is quite a process. If you’re up for it, you can use the following guide:

    Your translated files will then need to be placed in the following child theme: https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/vantage-child-translation.zip. I can explain more if you go that route.

    An easier method would be to use the following child theme: https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/vantage-child-no-results.zip

    Download the ZIP to your desktop and install from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme. Then after activating head to Appearance > Editor and edit no-results.php. Carefully edit the strings you want to change there. Be mindful of not deleting any closing commas etc.

    The child theme will cause things like Appearance > Menus to lose their location assignment. You just need to go back into Menus and re-assign your menu’s location assignment after activating the child theme.
