Translate Vantage Theme texts

Hello, I´ve recently installed the Theme Vantage and I want to translate the text that appears when you use the search button and founds nothing: “Nothing Found Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.” I can´t find the file to change this into Spanish, Could you help me?…
