Title background color

Hello, I want to change the background color of the title text background from black to #f56e28, and the text color to White. I want to change it across the entire website not just one widget row. I will be using one row with 3 widgets for each page. Here is a link to a page for an example of what I mean. http://jamstay.com/trip-types/

    You could perhaps give our SiteOrigin CSS plugin a try. SiteOrigin CSS offers a visual editor that will hopefully assist with making small CSS adjustments to your site Page: Visual Editor.
