Theme Settings not working (Theme: Vantage)

Please, the page of theme settings don’t work. When I click in the option theme settings, this message appears for me:

Our theme settings now take advantage of the WordPress customizer. Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings to access theme settings.

The version I’ve downloaded is 1.5 (Vantage 1.5)

    Hi Patty,

    We’ve moved the theme settings to the customizer. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize to access them. For more information please refer to this section of the documentation.
