The update cannot be installed

Trying to update to 2.10.13 version from Version 2.10.11 and get this error message.
Running on WordPress 5.2.5
Page Builder by SiteOrigin: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
