Trying to update to 2.10.13 version from Version 2.10.11 and get this error message. Running on WordPress 5.2.5 Page Builder by SiteOrigin: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

Power Builder preventing login to dashboard

Updated to WP5.2.3 and suddenly Page Builder by SiteOrigin prevents login to dashboard. The plugin works but prevents users from login in. Have other plugins installed so I tried to deactivate them all and the problem is when Page Builder active and disappears when disabled. I have Version 2.10.11 installed.
