Submenu/hover not working in chrome

7 years ago · Last reply by msbt 7 years ago

Hi there!
I’m having the same issues as mentioned here and here. But this post comes with a possible explanation. If you check chrome://flags/ and see the “Touch Events API”” enabled or set to automatic (probably because you’re using a device with a touchscreen), the menu won’t show when you hover, only when you disable the option.

That’s more or less just a fyi, not looking for a solution per se, but would be nice if chrome ( maybe only a windows issue?) touch users get included as well.

Best regards

    Hi Msbt,

Just to confirm, you’re able to confirm this issue on the SiteOrigin North demo, right? Also, can you please clarify what operating system you’re using?

Yep, same result there (beginning got cut off, but I’m doing it twice):

OS is Win10 on a Dell XPS 15 with QHD display with touch features
