Hello, I want to ask you about size of Featured Image on post. I scale image to 720px x 380px right?

Vantage Featured Images are resized to 720px x 380px, correct. Please, find some more information in the Vantage documentation on this topic Page: Changing Post Thumbnail Sizes.
