I was trying to edit a site that uses Page Builder by SiteOrigin and since the WP 4.5 update I was 100% unable to get anything to load to be able to make a site/page update. Well deactivated the plug-ins to see if any might be a issue (only have a couple installed) and behold it was the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle that was for some strange reason blocking the Page Builder from being able to work (didn’t matter on the theme used – be it the WP default or not).
But while this plug-in is deactivated I can’t add any new content to the site, or edit already existing content (which is a problem since I need to update my portfolio with fresh new content), that is part of that Widget bundle. But at least the Page Builder is now loading where it wasn’t before. I’ve reinstalled the widget and its still not working.

Do you happen to use a Theme Trust or a Think Up Theme? Both use forks (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so if you are, we’re unable to help you due to the version differences. We recommend contacting your theme developer directory.
If this isn’t the case please ensure you’re using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, and if you are, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
I’m not using any theme that has it as part of the deal, its a separate download that I’ve dun for the site because I like how it works.
my business site is at http://nyxstium.ca its the one with the issue atm I’ve got the same installation on another site (same theme as well) and its not having the same issue at all that I can tell (can edit without issue). So I am not sure what is going on, I have uninstalled the PlugIns more then once and reinstalled them without anything working, even tried another theme and still not working.
