SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle issues

I was trying to edit a site that uses Page Builder by SiteOrigin and since the WP 4.5 update I was 100% unable to get anything to load to be able to make a site/page update. Well deactivated the plug-ins to see if any might be a issue (only have a couple installed) and behold…
