SiteOrigin Post Carousel off version 2.15.0 not showing on website page.

SiteOrigin Post Carousel off version 2.15.0 not showing on website page.

When hovering over the position of the elements can still be clicked to get to the page, but on the screen the thumbnail and title can’t be seen, it’s like invisible.

What settings do I need to have it show up?

    All looks normal with your home page carousel. When able, please, try checking using another browser or a private browsing window. Does the issue persist?

    Hi Andrew Misplon, thanks for your information.

    I have tested it on different browsers like firefox, safari, chrome… and also on mobile… the result is not seeing the video elements in the carousel.

    My website layout from top to bottom is
    [1] Header
    [2] Menu (navigator)
    [3] Banner (Slider SiteOrigin)
    [4] Sub menu (SiteOrigin Accordion)
    [5] Video category (SiteOrigin Post Carousel)
    ….

    The problem part on the website, which I said that is part [5] – (SiteOrigin Post Carousel), in previous versions it was working great, and as soon as I upgraded to version 2.15.0 then the phenomenon I described above occurs.

    Do you have any solution to fix this situation?

    Oh that’s it, why don’t we see it, is the cache the main cause of the problem I was talking about?

    Thanks for checking. I’m not quite sure why we’re seeing the carousel differently. I thought by checking in another browser or an incognito window you would work around any possible caching problems. Sometimes browser extensions can be an issue. Could you perhaps check on another computer when able? Thanks again.

    Thank Andrew Misplon so much for the options you suggested, we are also trying to check follow those options, maybe because our computers regularly check, so there is cache on the machines.

    It showed up, and we got it, thank you so much!
    We waited for it to run out of browser cache naturally, and didn’t have to do anything extra!
