Hi, I have recently updated my WordPress as well as site origin, and when I add a “site origin editor” widget in the post and click on edit it does not show me the options such as headline1 Headline2 and Text Size, add a link, and all that options tab which used to be right below the heading tab. Im not able to see any of that.
It becomes very lengthy as i’m not able to add bullet points and all those without that editing options tab. Please Help

Hi Vishal
Thanks for reaching out.
If possible, please, take a screenshot of what you’re seeing, upload it to imgur.com, or any cloud sharing site, and send us the link. We’ll take a look and advise from there.
Hi Andrew,

Hi Vishal
Thanks for the screenshot. If you go to Users and locate your username, is Disable the visual editor when writing enabled? If so, please, try to disable that setting and re-check the Editor widget.
Hi, I have disabled the visual editor but now the basic editor is gone as well. please see these screenshot https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1U0UjpFzpGllDarqUxzChRKLsW3lrBDAl?usp=sharing
Thanks. Sorry for the confusion. The Visual Editor must not be disabled. I was asking if it had been disabled in the past.
Please, try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily switch to Twenty Twenty theme and temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. In that state, does the issue resolve?
I’m not a developer, and I don’t know how to do that. can you help with this?
Hi Vishal, you can temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty theme from AppearanceThemes. All non-SiteOrigin plugins can be tempoarily deactivated from the Plugins menu item in WordPress.
yes i have done the same but still, I’m not able to see the site origin editor menu – i have only two active plugins currently – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1__BxppCCEdMqI89Jnhuvs1Kyh91Ajkrn/view?usp=sharing
Thanks. With Twenty Twenty activated and only SiteOrigin plugins activated, please, open an Editor widget and open the browser console. Here is how to open the console: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. Please, take a screenshot of the console contents and send us the link. Thanks again.

Thanks. At Settings > General, are your Site and WordPress URL both set to https?
not, my sites blog part is hosted on WordPress and other stuff is on a different server, earlier it was https but recently something happened my whole blog part was down. and the developers fixed it but now it’s not Https its only HTTP
Thanks. Ideally, those mixed content errors shouldn’t be present. Do you have someone that can attend to the console errors in your previous message?
Yes, the developer team is there, I think i need to take help from them
If we could start by eliminating the errors in red in the console, that would be great. I’m not certain that it will resolve the issue but those errors should ideally be resolved either way.
yes thank you so much
Hi Vishal, are you making any progress?
