I’ve had a SiteOrigin Contact Form set up on my site and it’s been working for a while. Suddenly, it appears to not be sending mail to the designated email address. The last email submission I successfully received was on the 12th Jan.
The form goes to the “thanks for your submission” portion of the form, but there is no email being received.
I’ve tried disabling other plugins, clearing the browser cache, and trying different addresses.

Have you checked your spam?
Are your to and from email settings the same? If so, please try setting them so they’re different.
Is your from email address an email from the domain the contact form is on? For example, if your website is example.com, the from address should ideally be [email protected].
