SiteOrigin Contact form not working

I’ve had a SiteOrigin Contact Form set up on my site and it’s been working for a while. Suddenly, it appears to not be sending mail to the designated email address. The last email submission I successfully received was on the 12th Jan. The form goes to the “thanks for your submission” portion of the…
