    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Raksmey

    Thanks for reaching out.

I’m not sure why you’re seeing a 413 error when opening the Contact Form and Editor Widgets. Usually, a 413 error is associated with uploading files.

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-413-request-entity-too-large-error-in-wordpress/

Perhaps try increasing the following as per the above post:

    upload_max_size
    post_max_size
    max_execution_time

Two methods are covered. You can use the htaccess or functions.php file.

    Dear Andrew Misplon,

Thank for support me I try to follow to add

    upload_max_size post_max_size max_execution_time
On file function.php on WordPress Them or htaccess on root project but still alert 413 request too large when edit content siteorigin editor and siteorigin contact. but some editors not alert 413.

Note: above code I added at the bottom of file function.php. Do you know it can be 413 status code limit from sever when we request from client?

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for trying. Before we go further, please, try a quick plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the Widgets Bundle and SiteOrigin Page Builder. With only Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle activated, does the 401 issue persist?

Thank for support me but if you think plugin conflict why on my localhost work fine and other hosting that I build is work fine. Note php version are the same.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi. Thanks for the update. It’s unusual that the issue isn’t occurring on your local or other hosting setups. A plugin conflict test is quick to run so it’s worth checking to see if we can find a working baseline.

    – Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
    – Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the Widgets Bundle and Page Builder. Does the issue persist?
